Koolhaas progress

I'm having tons of fun cabling along on Koolhaas. I've never knit anything using a pattern chart before, but it's working out fine. There are TONS of great tips on Ravelry on techniques to make this pattern easier, and above all is knitting without a cable needle. Grumperina has a great tutorial, and the technique is well worth learning if you even plan to cable. I'm not sure how anyone knit before the internet...

Oh wow! Your Koolhaas looks awesome! Great yarn choice!

You make it look so easy. I'm not sure how knitting happened without the Internet, either. It is the only reason I know how.

Hey,
This looks great. I like the color. You know in Pakistan ladies have been knitting this pattern and cables without the cable needles or for that matter without any of the knitting tools except straight needles. I have seen my aunt knitting socks with straight single pointed needle. Unfortunately they are not aware of any tools that the modern world offer and makes your life simple

I like the hat alot! Looks like the kind of knitting you can't mindlessly do while watching tv though.

I don't know how anyone did ANYTHING before the internet, not just knitting.
